Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 10, 2026
These Terms of Service describe the rules governing the website, communications, and services of Tribrid Personal Training LLC (DBA Trailblazer Fitness Academ) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Fit Parent Formula.
Please review these terms before using our services. Paid coaching may require a separate client agreement, payment authorization, and exercise waiver. If a separately accepted client agreement conflicts with these terms regarding your purchased program, that agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
1. Our Services
Trailblazer Fitness Academy provides fitness education, exercise programming, nutrition education, accountability, and coaching.
The services included in a purchased program, its duration, price, billing schedule, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before enrollment.
A discovery call is an opportunity to discuss your goals and explore whether our coaching is appropriate for your needs. Booking a discovery call does not obligate you to purchase coaching.
2. Eligibility and Accurate Information
Our coaching services are intended for adults age 18 or older unless we expressly agree to a separate arrangement involving a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information relevant to your participation, including your contact details and any limitations, injuries, or health concerns that could affect your ability to follow a program safely.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Fitness and Nutrition Information
Our services provide general fitness and nutrition education. They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for individualized care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning or substantially changing an exercise or nutrition routine, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern, or other health limitation.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of information provided through our website or coaching.
4. Exercise Risks and Participant Responsibilities
Physical activity involves risks, including soreness, strains, falls, injury, and other adverse events. You are responsible for following instructions, using appropriate equipment, communicating limitations, and avoiding activities that exceed your abilities.
Stop an activity if you experience concerning symptoms and seek appropriate assistance.
Participation in coaching may require a separately accepted informed-consent and exercise-waiver document. These website terms do not substitute for that document.
5. Results and Testimonials
Results vary according to individual circumstances, participation, consistency, health factors, and other influences.
Testimonials and before-and-after images describe individual experiences. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same weight loss, measurements, fitness improvements, appearance, or timeline.
Any specific promotional guarantee applies only when expressly offered in writing and is subject to its disclosed eligibility requirements and conditions.
6. Payments and Recurring Billing
You agree to pay the fees disclosed and accepted when purchasing a service.
Recurring charges require your separate authorization. Before you enroll, we will disclose the amount, billing frequency, program term, and cancellation process applicable to your purchase.
Merely visiting our website or booking a free discovery call does not authorize a charge.
Any price change affecting an existing purchase or recurring service will be handled according to your accepted agreement and applicable law.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation, renewal, suspension, and refund terms depend on the program you purchase and will be disclosed in your client agreement or purchase terms.
To request assistance with cancellation or billing, contact:
[email protected]
480-681-1401
Nothing in these terms limits cancellation, refund, payment-dispute, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Applicable statutory rights take priority over conflicting program terms.
8. Billing Questions and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
This request does not restrict your lawful ability to dispute a transaction with your financial institution or exercise other consumer protections.
9. Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Trailblazer Fitness Academy messaging program.
Depending on your consent selections, messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, coaching communications, customer support, program information, and promotional offers.
Marketing texts require your separate consent. Providing your phone number or accepting these website terms does not, by itself, authorize marketing messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
To unsubscribe: Reply STOP to our messages. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out, after which messaging through that program will stop. You may rejoin by completing the opt-in process again.
For help: Reply HELP, call 480-681-1401, or email [email protected]
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and other technical factors.
Review our Privacy Policy for information about personal information and messaging consent.
10. Intellectual Property
Our original website content, program materials, workout plans, educational resources, graphics, and branding are owned by Trailblazer Fitness Academy or used with permission.
Purchasing a program gives you permission to use the materials provided for your own personal participation. It does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Unless we provide written permission, you may not resell, publicly distribute, commercially reproduce, or provide others access to our proprietary program materials.
These restrictions do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.
11. Client Photos, Stories, and Reviews
Participation in coaching does not automatically authorize us to publish your name, progress photos, private communications, or personal story.
We obtain separate permission before using identifiable client materials for public marketing. The scope of any permission is governed by the release you accept.
Nothing in these terms prohibits honest reviews or lawful statements about your experience.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website, accounts, or services to engage in unlawful activity, impersonate another person, harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with website security or operation.
We may restrict access for material violations of these rules, subject to applicable law and any obligations under your client agreement.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party scheduling, payment, video, and communication services or link to external websites.
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee their continuous availability or control the content of independent websites.
14. Availability and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and maintain access to our website. Website content may contain errors, and access may occasionally be interrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions, unauthorized misuse, or reliance on general website information.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any responsibility or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. These terms do not create a blanket release of personal-injury claims.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Arizona law and applicable federal law.
Unless a separately accepted agreement provides otherwise, disputes may be brought in the appropriate courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, subject to jurisdictional requirements and any nonwaivable consumer rights.
You may contact us to seek an informal resolution, but doing so is not a condition of exercising your legal rights.
16. Updates and Severability
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing paid agreement without a valid contractual or legal basis.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
